Southbury,CT - VOICES WEEKENDER Dr. Ross Henshaw, fellowship trained orthopedic specialist in minimally invasive shoulder surgery, will discuss the latest advancements in shoulder surgery at 8:30 am, Friday, December 16, at The Watermark at East Hill, 611 East Hill Road.
Dr. Henshaw will give details about the gold standard in surgical treatment of the shoulder and available treatment options to achieve the best outcomes.
Dr. Henshaw is the medical director of the Sports Medicine Program at the Center for Advanced Orthopedic and Spine Care at Danbury Hospital. He specializes in treating shoulder and sports-related injuries. According to Dr. Henshaw, most procedures can be completed with a minimally-invasive approach offering less pain, small incisions and quick recovery times.
