Any Danbury Orthopedics' patient will tell you, our docs are tops. So we’re pleased to share the news that one of our outstanding sports medicine specialists, Dr. Ross Henshaw, has earned Top Doctors™ status in the prestigious Castle Connolly survey – and not just once, but for the last three years running. He’s also been named a Top Doctor by US News and World Report.
Castle Connolly's Top Doctors™ selection process begins with surveys of thousands of physicians and healthcare professionals nationwide, asking them to identify excellent doctors in every specialty. Their researchers also make thousands of phone calls each year to leading physicians, chairs of clinical departments and vice presidents of medical affairs.
U.S. News Top Doctors was developed in collaboration with Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., and other guides. These surveys serve a dual purpose: they help consumers find the doctors who can best address their needs, and they support doctors in creating a network of referral-worthy specialists.
As an outstanding knee, hip and shoulder surgeon, Dr. Henshaw was recently named Chief of the Orthopedic Section at Danbury Hospital. He epitomizes the caring commitment to excellence shared by all the Danbury Orthopedics staff.
