Michael J. Craig, M.D. is the Chief of the Orthopedic Surgery Department at Danbury Hospital. He has served as the Associate Director of the Trauma Service at Danbury Hospital. Prior to his selection as the Chief of Service, he was the director of the Orthopedic and Trauma Unit. He is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon, a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Connecticut State Medical Society, and the Irish American Orthopedic Society. He performs arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery, total joint replacement, muscle and joint reconstructive procedures, and trauma surgery. He has served as a member of the Danbury Hospital Trauma Service throughout his career. He will provide attentive and compassionate state of the art orthopedic care.
